We have no shortage of complex problems. In fact, many of us feel the problems today are too big, too complex that we’ve succumbed to a culture of apathy.
But what if the biggest obstacle isn’t their size and complexity, but our fear of failing in attempting to solve them?
How does perception of failure thwart our collective potential? What would happen if we celebrated the art of failure?
We’re not saying let’s stop striving for success, but if failing didn’t come with flames of humiliation and shame and we were recognized for embracing the process of failing, there would be widespread transformation. Our education system, workplaces, communities, and relationships (especially the one with our self) would be positively different.
Be brave. It could change everything.
